Waxed Jacket Care

• Do not hang your garment in a wardrobe where wax can rub off on other clothes, but in a cool place like a garage or downstairs cloakroom.
• Friction and abrasion cause wear with some areas affected more than others. We recommend that you regularly check for wear.
• Brush off dirt and grime and if necessary, sponge down with cold water and leave to dry in a warm place.
• Never use hot water, soap or detergent.
• Never expose your garment to direct heat.

Jeeves at Your Service

Jeeves offers a cleaning, rewaxing and repair service. Our process cleans the cotton so most of the original colour returns. Rewaxing and oiling ensures the garment is once again waterproof. We will reline, replace zips, collars, studs and pockets together with repairing any holes, tears and cuffs.
