How to wear suede this season (and how to look after it!)

Suede made quite an impact on the AW15 catwalk collections and it’s made a welcome return again this year with autumnal shades to complement the season. The super soft leather has a beautiful texture and accompanying warming smell that can finish off a smart casual outfit with impact. Of course suede is available in all the colours of the rainbow but the traditional range of browns to mustard yellows are the most popular and on trend.

Traditional brown and yellow suede’s compliment white, dark leaf green, black of course, and even denim with the right shades and style.

Here are some great examples of stand out suede styles:

Be careful not to go too cowgirl or boy though. Tassel obsessions carry a real risk of cramping your style!

Suede is a delicate fabric that needs to be treated carefully, so it’s not advisable attire on a particularly hedonistic night out. It can also be very heavy, especially when it gets wet, so we also recommended avoiding wet weather.

Jeeves is always on hand to care for and clean your precious suede garments, find out more here: http://www.jeevesofbelgravia.co.uk/our-services/suede-leather--fur/
